Born in Hawaii, raised in Michigan, Laura’s fun, energetic, spunky personality will have you smiling throughout the entire class! Expect to hear house music, throw back jams, hip hop, current hits and the occasional reggae in her class. Her choreography will have you dancing to the beat and pushing the limits while encouraging you to “turn that shit up!”
She fell in love with spin in 2019 and never looked back. The spin community and the saddle room became her safe space. Being a spin instructor is all of her favorite things in one: helping & encouraging other people, and being in the spot light. And she sure does shine on that podium! When she’s not in the saddle room, she’s a part time nanny, works with schools to teach leadership skills to students, or jet setting to visit her friends and family across the country.
