Sara Rigoli is east coast meets west coast all rolled into one. You can call her Sara, SB, or Rigs; she’ll respond to them all. She’s called California home for 8 years now, but has lived all over the country (and world) since leaving her hometown of Pittsburgh after high school.

Since 2016, she has been working in the fitness industry as a spin instructor. From the time she first clipped in and took her first class, Sara fell in love with this form of fitness. In the time since, she has worked at different studios around southern Orange County as her passion for working with the fitness community has continued to grow.

If you like heavy beats and fun choreography, her class will be right up your alley. Some of her favorite music genres to put in her playlists are EDM, hip hop, and mash-ups/remixes. Her main goal for every class is to have each rider feel empowered by the choices they make in class. That room and that bike is a place for everyone to grow stronger physically and mentally, but most importantly, have fun with a like-minded community.

In 2022, Sara took a new step forward in her fitness career and started coaching functional strength training as well. That led her to the decision to work towards getting her NASM Personal Training Certification as she wants to keep expanding her knowledge base and improving as an instructor overall.

Her other passion aside from fitness is volunteering with the dog rescue organization The Little Red Dog. Helping foster dogs of all ages and sizes, including ones with medical and special needs, is one thing she and her husband love to do. They have six dogs and two cats of their own at home, or a small zoo.

The times Sara isn’t coaching a fitness class, there’s a good chance she’s doing her other job as a freelance copywriter.
