|WE ASKED OUR INSTRUCTOR…
What does being ENOUGH mean to CHELSEY:
Each and everyone of us is ENOUGH
already. Although working out has goals of “getting in shape,” we all need to be happy at where we are at right now with our bodies.
We need to stop trying to be these photoshopped unrealistic images in the media, and be happy with being real. I feel that when we work out we must do it in a way that we treat our bodies like the amazing vessel that it already is. We must quit telling ourselves that if we lost weight or gained muscle or whatever it is, that THEN, we will be happy. This is a never ending vicious cycle, because happiness is already within each and everyone of us and it is about accepting ourselves for who we are already.
If we focus on the outcome we will never truly find our happiness. So that is why my word is “enough.”
You are ENOUGH, perfectly UNPERFECT the way you are right NOW. Everyone has flaws, and it is about accepting your flaws, owning your flaws, and being happy with you just they way you are, because once your heart stops beating, it won’t matter if you had that sixpack, but what will matter is the way you lived your life and how you treated yourself, along with the ones around you.
You are enough, own it, live it, be happy, stop judging yourself and others, and please just have fun because life is way too short and you never really know if you will have a tomorrow.
